What we're looking for
Our business is experiencing growth like never before! We have acquired national clients and we need to grow our current staff. We will be training new managers and marketing reps immediately. The first of many new locations opens in South Boston, July 2011. This places an immediate demand on us to find top candidates, for each of our existing offices as well as our new office in South Boston.

Available Opportunities
Our Management Trainee Program is an exciting, hands-on program that provides training in marketing, sales, customer service and general business management skills. This position is designed to prepare an individual to manage efficiently. Pay varies and is determined on an individual basis. Average earnings are between $26-$50K at entry-level. Branch Managers earn an average of $85- $100K.
Our sales and marketing representatives must be relentless, goal oriented, professional and conduct themselves with integrity at all times. Our sales team is responsible for generating results in the business-to-business and residential door to door markets on behalf of our numerous clients. Our representatives must be outgoing, determined and possess a positive mental attitude. Pay varies and is determined on an individual basis. Average earnings are between $31-$50K. |
Candidates accepted begin at ground level. Our company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of leading by example and having a full understanding of our entire business model. We are seeking trainees in entry-level management, entry-level marketing, promotions, administration, and direct sales for our Anaheim, Van Nuys, Pasadena, San Diego, Oceanside, Boston, Lauderhill and soon to be open Somerville and Dallas locations. All candidates must posses 3 critical attributes: Strong people skills, outgoing, and have a willingness to lead.
